In Kenya 4 march 2013 we have noticed lots of irregularity (well hiden observer could not pick anything)
The way IEBC was handling the BVR system.
They said that they are going to look into the BVR voter Registration database after registration were comleted and clean it from double registration..
For sure a database management does not allow for duplicate entries in any column that has been assigned a premary key,preminary key is always assigned to a column where the information to be stored is not the same.A good example is that each voter had a unique National Identity card number.if the developers of the BVR database put this into consideration then the BVR datamanagement system should have been able to disallow double entry if all registerd voters used their National Identity cards to register and vote.
So it was illogical for the IEBC to again tamper with the list of registerd voters passport.
What does this insinuate?
It means someone will keep running to the toilet under tension as we begin to open KENYA EVIL
KENYA ELECTION NEED U.N AND NOT ANY ONE FROM AFRICA AND ASIA FOR 95% OF US ARE CORRUPT
